Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy

We know you will not postpone or cancel your booking until and unless it is absolutely necessary and unavoidable but after the pandemic situation, we have limited rooms available and need to plan sanitization of treatment rooms, premises and stay rooms for you. So, when you postpone or cancel your booking you hamper the booking someone who is needy and waiting for his treatment.

  • Postponement of dates 10 days before Admission you will be charged 20% on the amount of the postponed day or 20% on the full amount, whichever is less.

  • If a booking is cancelled 31 days before check in 100% of your amount will be returned after deducting bank commission

  • If booking is cancelled 17 to 30 days before check in 90% of the amount will be returned after deducting bank commission

  • If booking is cancelled 5 to 16 days before check in 50% amount will be returned after deducting bank commission

  • If booking is cancelled 0 to 5 days before check in the 10% amount will be returned after deducting bank commission

While this is only a technical requirement as per our rules, we are sure that you will enjoy your stay at Prakruti. You have been with us and are familiar with everything Prakruti has to offer. Nevertheless, let us remind you that you are welcome to avail of our services like Panchakarama, detoxification, rejuvenation packages and Yoga and meditation while you are here. Do indulge in our exciting and healthy menu at the restaurant.
